What if I cannot get a contact lens into my eye?

Answered By Tim Lockhart, Editor

Before you even insert contact lenses into your eyes, you must first practice with your eye care specialist. Your specialist will advise that you properly wash and dry your hands before handling your lenses. Remember to look up until the white part of the eye is visible, and carefully insert the lens on the white part of the eye. You will have difficulty inserting your contact lenses in the first fifteen days but after that you will be used to it.
